Guests may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time are non-refundable.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Transaction fees or currency conversion charges (if applicable) may not be refundable.

Some tours or experiences may have different cancellation terms set by the Supplier. Please check the cancellation policy listed on your booking confirmation for any exceptions.
