Begin with a welcome glass of white wine and an introduction to wine tasting techniques. Learn about Bordeaux’s history, grape varieties like Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, and the art of blending. Taste two single-varietal wines, followed by two blended wines prepared before you.

Challenge your palate with a blind tasting of a famous Bordeaux wine, all while enjoying a French aperitif (bread, cheese, sausage, dark chocolate…).

By the end of this experience, you’ll feel more confident tasting and pairing wines like a true sommelier!
